Service Provision & Standards
Caddie Window Cleaning is committed to delivering streak-free, professional results for every visit. Our technicians are fully insured and follow strict safety protocols. We require clear access to all window surfaces and may reschedule services due to severe weather conditions to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of the finish. Any specific property requirements should be communicated to Caddie Window Cleaning at the time of booking.
Payments & Cancellations
Quotes provided by Caddie Window Cleaning are valid for 30 days. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We understand that plans change; however, we request a 24-hour notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling requests. Caddie Window Cleaning reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for late cancellations to cover scheduling costs.
Liability and Insurance
Caddie Window Cleaning maintains comprehensive liability insurance to protect our clients property. While we take every precaution, Caddie Window Cleaning shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage to glass, frames, or sills, including inherent defects such as scratches or mineral deposits present prior to our arrival. Our goal is to enhance your view safely and effectively.

1. Service Agreement
Caddie Window Cleaning agrees to provide window cleaning services as described in the service proposal. All work will be performed in a professional manner following industry safety standards. Any additional tasks requested on-site may result in price adjustments.
2. Liability & Warranties
While Caddie Window Cleaning is fully insured, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to, scratches, hard water stains, or faulty weather stripping. Our streak-free guarantee is valid for 24 hours following the completion of service, excluding damage caused by environmental factors.
3. Payment & Cancellations
Payment to Caddie Window Cleaning is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may resulting in a service fee.
